He has experience in site selection, land use analysis, purchase and disposition negotiations, project management and financing. He is a licensed Mortgage Broker and CPA. In 1997, he founded GreyStone Capital Corporation (GCC), which represents developers and portfolio investors on an exclusive basis and continues to provide construction, permanent, conduit, and mezzanine financing for retail, office, multifamily, industrial, self storage and condominium properties. He graduated from University of West Florida with a bachelor's in accounting.

James Watson, Analyst - Acquisitions Officer of CommonWealth Development of FL, LLC. Mr. Watson has been involved as a commercial Realtor and investor. He analyzes multiple retail, office, mixed use, residential and town home projects based on market, site, and financial feasibility to determine highest and best use. He assists in taking potential sites from initial analysis to preparing preliminary budgets and proformas. Previously, he was the senior financial analyst for Bonefish Grill, an Outback Steakhouse concept. He graduated from University of South Florida with a B.S. in business finance and international economic recognition from the University of Cambridge.
