Scope
Our core business is focused on developing retail and professional office projects in Florida and Tennessee. We have a number of developments in various stages of the process from a stand-alone Family Dollar store in Lakeland, FL to a 48,000 SF center adjacent to Wal-Mart in Orlando.

Our partners and associates excel in site selection, land use analysis, purchase and disposition negotiations, project management and finance. Our sister company, GreyStone Capital Corporation, provides construction, permanent, conduit, and mezzanine financing.
