CommonWealth was organized in 2004 for the purpose of developing new retail and office projects that meet the needs of both tenants and investors.  CommonWealth is currently expanding it's portfolio through shopping center and office developments in Florida.

Our corporate office consists of an experienced team of leasing, site acquisition and development professionals, handling all operations related to due-diligence and site selection.

Our existing developments are located in Florida on major roadways that target a wide variety of consumer and business markets.  CommonWealth has experience developing, leasing and managing a range of sites, bringing them from conception to completion.
